Adobe Premier Elements 14 stopped working.

It was working yesterday morning, by afternoon - with no changes at all, it stopped and gave me 2 error messages related to DLL files.  I went back and re-downloaded and re-installed the program from the official site, but the errors remain.  The "organizing" and "Photo Editing" will work, but the Video editor produces the following errors.

What can I do to fix this?  Is there some place I can get these DLL's and replace the perhaps "broken" ones?

Please help!
