    Salut! Je me demande si votre ordinateur a besoin d'une mise à jour, en particulier de vos pilotes graphiques. Il y a aussi cette vidéo qui aide avec le même crash tout en utilisant Premiere Pro.

    Try uninstalling and reinstalling Premiere Elements 2019.   If that does not work, try to initiate a "chat" session with Adobe Customer Support.  Contact Customer Care
