Adobe Premier elements no green screen effect on mac os version 2020

so when i click on the effects tab and look for green screen effect its not there and I'm using the 2020 version for mac os x. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1VeoTF6a5KTgkSRZnPJyQm8zDsgVi5A6A/view?usp=sharing I just find it a bit weird.
