I have installed this application on my laptop. When I try to open Premier Elements, I will get an announcement: We have found an incompatible display driver. To get better and faster performance, please update your display driver. I have done it several times but always same result. I have asked help from HP, but it couldn't help.

I have Win 10 64-bit, AMD A10-8700, 12Gb. Display 1:  AMD Radeon R8 365 DX, display 2: AMD Radeon R6 Graphics. Display memory 2250MB.

What should I do?

Those drivers should be available from your computer manufacturer's web site (Dell, HP, etc).

First go to the AMD web site and ensure you have the latest driver for your graphics card.

Then go to C:/ProgramData/Adobe/Premiere Elements/12.0 and delete the BadDrivers.txt file and restart the program. (You may need to enable Show All Files in your Folder Options to see these files.)

I installed new display driver and now the application seems to act correctly. However I wonder what the chipset drivers are? There was said that the package doesn't contain chipset drivers and you can load them from chipset drivers.
