Adobe Premiere 11

Hi,

Any video or clip that i download on the Adobe Premiere 11 is choppy. as soon as i click on it, it hangs for minute and after its stops that it goes back to being choppy. It worth mentioning that the sound is not choppy its only the video that is choppy.

Please help me fix this.

What operating system do you have? What processor do you have with how much RAM?

What model of camcorder is your video coming from and what is the video's format and resolution?

If you look under the Edit menu, what is listed on the General page under Project Settings?
