Adobe Premiere

When I open my Premiere and go to edit a picture all the options are for editing movies? I just want to access editor for pictures.

By Adobe Premiere, I'm assuming you're talking about Adobe Premiere Elements.

In any event, Premiere and Premiere Elements are video editing software.

If you want to edit photos, you'll want to use Photoshop or Photoshop Elements.
