Adobe Premiere and Photoshop Elements 15 does not open

I have continuous problems trying to open Adobe Premiere ad Photoshop elements 15.

I have tried different suggestions from the forums but to no success. Every time I try to open these two programs I get the `stopped working' response.

Please give me a resolution to this problem.

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site
