Adobe Premiere and Photoshop Elements - activation problem

Hi.

Can anyone help me with the activation ? Whay should I do if my Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 won't activate ? The system, the motherboard were reinstalled and I didn't install Adobe Premiere Elements ( and Photoshop Elements too) for a long time, but I wanted to edit something again and encountered a problem that I can't activate the program . There is a registered key in the Adobe account, but it does not work, and in the tab with devices I do not have any on the list to remove ,as thought that might be a problem.

What is the exact error message?

 

IF the message says the serial number is already used read below

Hi. Thank You for Your response. I receiving that message.

The serial number i got is the same i registered while ago on my account. The thing is right now that i can`t use it again.

It`s all ok , well kind of , the serial number is not genuine , as was looks like at the beginning.

Strange that it still registered to my account...

Depending on how you buy, you get a "registration key" that is used to get a "serial number".   It is 6 groups of 4 digits.  You need to look for the serial number.
