ADOBE Premiere Elements 11 dont start up

Hi everybody, hopefully you can help me.

I use for 0ver 6 month´s Adobe premiere Elements 11, same pc, same configuration (win10)

Today, the program want start up, only the screnn appears, to choice between editor and organizer. after choosing new Project, nothing happen.

What i do, new installlation, same error!
