adobe premiere elements 12 - Catalogue

Hi there I have been using the above for many years now and have a single catalogue. The issue is that the cataloge now is enormous and I am struggloing to back it up (it runs for hours and hours). Is it possible to split the catalogue into multiple (but still accessible) catalogues?

It's not possible -- but I'm also not sure it would be to your advantage anyway.

You can, of course, create new catalogs and limit the size of each if that would help.
