Adobe Premiere Elements 13

I have spent DAYS trying to simply burn my completed video to a DVD. 

I have tried the following to make sure it was not the software.

Tested:

Small video about 10 mins, and it burned properly.

The video I am trying to burn is about 50min long. 

I have a surface pro

Using a LG DVD Writer

Using DVD+R DVDs

Any help is appreciated at this point, as I have an older customer who needs the DVD instead of USB.
