Adobe premiere elements 13 will not start

Question

Even my APE 8 and 12 will not start. Helper from Adobe was logged in to my computer for many hours and deleted all my photoshop files, apps, programs, settings etc. And I can not get help with finding all this again. The apps I have downloaded but all other bought programes is gone and all settings for my apps. Someone have a nice tips for me how to find this? Thanks

Version 8 is extremely old and was designed for a very old operating system. I'm not sure it will run on Windows 10.

But version 12 should run well. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

You don't say if these programs ever worked on this particular computer and operating system but, if so, what has changed? When did they suddenly stop working?
