Buongiorno, nell'esportare il video su DVD, dopo qualche minuto di elaborazione mi da il seguente messaggio:

ERRORE SOFTWARE INTERNO

:.\VOBULATOR\BLOCKPLANNER\BLOCKPLANNER.CPP, LINEA 215

Ho reinstallato il programma, ma mi da lo stesso errore.

Cosa devo fare?

Hi,

Which version of Premiere Elements, you are using?

If you are using 13, 14 or 15 then you can try to burn ISO image and later on you can burn the DVD using that ISO image.
