Adobe Premiere Elements 14 - R6025 ERROR

Question

Hi,I am having trouble exporting my finished video file.  Seems to have a rendering issue.  Error message states: R6025 - pure virtual function call.  I have 20GB of space on my Microsoft surface so it shouldn't be a space issue but really I have no idea.  Help! I cannot finish my work for a client. I am a beginner so please use easy terms with instruction.Thanks!

20 gigs is very little space for video work. In fact, for Premiere Elements to even open and function well, I'd recommend you have at least 50 gigs of free space. Rendering and transcoding can require even more space, and so your limited amount of hard drive space could well be the reason the program is choking.
