Adobe Premiere Elements 15

Hey guys. I am from germany and my english is not the best but I have a question. I bought the program Adobe Premiere Elements 15. I installed it and everything was fine. I decide to open it to test if it work well. But it don´t opened. I become a error message that it isn´t working. In the messag stand that the program can´t performed cause of a problem and I don´t know why. I have enough memory and my cpmputer is new.

Pls help me it will be great .
