Adobe Premiere Elements 15

Hello, can you tell me how to make a return to adobe premiere elements 15? I bought it but unfortunately I have a 32-bit system and 64-bit version to download it gives me only. What can I do? Thank you.

    To Return https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/return-cancel-or-change-order.html

IF it is still available at Amazon, Premiere Elements 14 is 32bits

    -32bit via download https://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Premiere-Elements-Download-Version/dp/B0153V585C

    -or both https://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Photoshop-Elements-Premiere-Multi-Platform/dp/B014GP8WW2
