Hallo, ich habe Adobe Premiere Elements 18 gekauft und installiert. Ich

kann jedoch die Klips nicht starten, nichts geht. Habe auch Adobe

Premiere Elements 12, 13, 14, mit diesen hatte ich dieses Problem noch nie.

Kann mir jemand helfen!

Are you successfully using Premiere Elements 12, 13 and 14 on this same computer?

*Ich habe schon viele Videos geschnitten mit iPhone 7Plus. Mit 12, 13,

14 immer einwandfrei, jedoch mit Elements 18 nicht, übrigens 15 geht

auch nicht.

You have not told me what operating system you are using. But if you have Windows, you should ensure you also have Quicktime 7 installed.

QuickTime 7.6 for Windows

iPhone videos often use variable frame rates to compress their videos, and this can make the videos difficult to edit. To see if this is the case, open one of you iPhone videos in the free download MediaInfo. Set MediaInfo's View menu to Text and then copy that text and paste it to this forum. We will be better able to help you when we see how your video is composed.
