adobe premiere elements 2018

i click on photo editor and a pop up gives me three options, install from DVD, download Trial, Cancel. it has worked fine from last March install 😕😕

It sounds like you have an expired Trial. You don't have a DVD, and there's no option (that you mention ) for adding a serial number.

If you have a licensed, fully registered version of the program, what operating system do you have?
