Adobe premiere elements 2018 crashed / freeze when i close the software

Sorry about my english,

When i close Adobe premiere elements 2018, it freezes... => it is said "Adobe premiere elements 2018 do not answer"

I read that i'm not the only one with this problem

I reinstall the software 2 times and i have not problem with Adobe photoshop elements

is someone can help me please?
