Adobe Premiere Elements 2018 // macOS Sierra // Installation // Crash

Question

My Problem: I downloaded the test version from Adobe Premiere Elements 2018 on my MacBook Pro and if I start to install the application it crashes.

Data:

macOS Sierra Version 10.12.6
Adobe Application Manager because I still use CS6

Troubleshoots — that I tried already:

Safeboot (Recommendation of the Adobe Support)
deleted Adobe Premiere Elements 9
deleted the test version and tried to install it again
between the steps i restarted the system regularly
i added a new user on my mac with admin right and tried to install
installed the Creative Cloud Manager, but it does not work — so i deleted it again

Nothing was working. I hope someone knows the answer. (If you can answering in german it would be much easier.)

I have a similar system on both the iMac and MacBook Pro, and after looking at your steps, about the only thing I can think of is that 1) Your memory is somehow filled, and/ 2) The test version is out of date or corrupted.

1. Check you memory available.

2. Delete the test version and download a fresh one.

Try that and see if it works.
