Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 & Adobe effect

Dear all,

I have got Adobe Premiere Elements 2020.

I also subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud.

But I can't find any tutorial or explanation that confirm that I can use creation from Adobe Effect to Adobe Premiere Elements and how it works.

Besides, if it is possible how is it possible to convert the format of the file or project.

Hope my request will be understandable enough as I am French.

Your English is a lot better than my French!

I will assume you are writing about Adobe After Effects.  It does have connections with Premiere Pro but not Premiere Elements.   My understanding is that you can output an After Effects project to a "standard" H.264 MP4 file through Adobe Media Encoder.  Then that video could be used in Premiere Elements project as ordinary media.
