Can I play a video with adobe premiere elements at green background? for example i would like to start a youtube channel for games. I want to see myself in a corner and the game in the background. Is that possible with adobe premiere elements 2020?

You can of course add a picture-in-picture with Premiere Elements. But there's software out there that will show the screen and add you as inset automatically. Why not save the extra step?
