Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 still hanging with PlayerMediaCore.prm

I just installed Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 (19.0). The launch of the program still hangs with PlayerMediaCore.prm. I followed the instructions from previvoius threads such as adding/changing line item to DS.ForceCPUOnly true false in Debug Database. Premiere Element continously hangs at the same point. The program runs on Windows 10.0.19043 and Dell XPS 8700. Help would be appreciated.

Not sure where you found instructions to change line items.  If it were me, I would use an on line chat with https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html

Bill, this was indeed helpful, the Adobe agent solved it instantly; however, he dealt with Windows registry and other entries which I did not know that they exist... thank you.
