Adobe Premiere Elements 2022 hangs on 'Laden ImporterQuickTime.prm'.

Question

Dear Mrs. Mr. I have start problems with my Adobe Premiere Elements 2022. First it took a long time start. Then the start kept on hanging 'Laden ImporterQuickTime.prm'. Then I tried install a new and this gave the following signal: Can't find C:Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Elements Home\FloodgateManager.dll. What can I do? Kind regards, Ronald

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
