Adobe Premiere Elements 2023 Video Editing

Where do I get the serial number to access Elements 2023 Video Editing software?  There is a screen that comes up asking for a serial number to open it.

 

It is loaded on my work computer and I need to get a Serial Number. 

 

Any other suggestions?
