I just bought Premiere Elements 2025. It's unusable because it crashes when uploading a few pictures and vids into the media tray. I have a new desktop with Intel Core(TM) i7-10700 CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz, 64 gig of ram, Windows 11 Pro, NVIDIA Quadro T2000. Can anybody help?

Adding to what Steve said

nVidia Driver Downloads https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
-for all Adobe programs use the STUDIO driver, not the GAMING driver
-To achieve the highest level of reliability, Studio Drivers undergo extensive
-testing against multi-app creator workflows and multiple revisions of the top
-creative applications from Adobe to Autodesk and beyond

Don't count on Windows to update your graphics drivers. Go to the nVidia site and download the latest firmware for your Quadro T2000.

If that doesn't work, tell us the specs of your video and what camcorder it comes from.

I found the right download -- it is not the most recent one, as I would've thought -- and it worked great. I'm back up and running. I also watched your 8-part basic training on the new 2025 version of PE, which was a nice overview. Thanks so much for putting that together and all your help.
