adobe premiere elements 2025 very slow export macOS m4

I want to export on a 30 minute 1080 video on macos and mac mini m4 and it takes almost  10 minutes . 

Handbrake takes for the same quality 2 minutes .

On premiere elements 2025 export the CPU and GPU chill at 18% load ... This is not normal.

The long Export time could be due to Hardware encoding not being enabled. Please Ensure that hardware encoding is enabled in Premiere Elements.
Open Activity Monitor while exporting and observe if any background processes are affecting Premiere Elements's performance. If GPU usage remains low, try switching to the Metal GPU Acceleration option in the preferences.

Handbrake does not use the same codec as Premiere. There are different flavours to a codec.

It depends on what is on the timeline. Kind of clips, effects used etc. for the GPU to kick in.

It's slow Didt I read my post ? It uses only one cpu core Quality is the same as hanbrake
