Adobe Premiere Elements 9 — Unable to use transitions

Hi jerryr,

That should not be happening. Error while applying transitions is not a very common issue. Unlike effects, transitions are always applied between two clips. I am sure you must be following the same workflow. In addition to the questions asked by @Peru Bob, I would like to know the following things:

• What error do you get when you try to apply transitions?
• Are you getting issues with a specific transition?
• Have you tested the issue with a new project?
