Adobe Premiere Elements continues to crash

Every time I try to build a web dvd, or transfer my movie to QuickTime or Windows Media Player, the application will crash toward the end.  What can I do to prevent this from happening?  I really need this to be done.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.  I have tried restarting my computer-- disabling apps, all of that.
