Adobe Premiere Elements EXPORT FILE

Hello,

 

i attached 2 files which shows the difference between them, the one doesnt have the option "Export Files" in the German Version. I also tried to go Files-> Export -> Title it doesnt work.

 

Is this a bug or do I need to do something ?

PLEASE HELP

 

Its Adobe Premiere Elements 2020

do I need the Pro Version to do this ?

It does not say export FILES it say export TITLES.

Also the second one does not look to be a title but rather a movie file (animated title)

Please do NOT add images via the "attach files" box, as you are then forcing everyone to DOWNLOAD the file to view it outside their browser. Drag/drop the image files directly ONTO your reply box so other users can see them without needing to download unknown strange files.
