Adobe Premiere Elements reinstallation

I purchased this from an Online retailer and was provided with a redemption code to install it.  I now have a new PC to reinstall it but no longer have the redemption code.  I've tried contacting the retailer for this, they said they can provide the redemption code but have not heard from them over a week.  Is it possible to reinstall the software without a redemption code?  Do Adobe have my details to validate the purchase and provide me with a reinstallation code?

Here you should see your serial number for Premiere Elements.

You may use the below download link to install it:

A redemption code can only be used once to get a serial number.

When you first installed, your serial number should have been recorded in your Adobe account.  You should be able to go to your account and retrieve the serial number.

You use the serial number that you obtained with your original redemption code
