ADOBE PREMIERE ELEMETS 10 MISSIMG THEMES AND TITLES

I installed Adobe Premier Elements 10 from a disc and I only have 1 Title and 1 Theme, can someone tell what is going on

Version 10 is ancient by computer standards. Those online accessory probably don't exist any more.

Legend

Meantime, check the installation disc. Most likely any add-on templates and effects are included.
