Adode premiere element 15 can't find a file .prel

Hello,

Whan I want to open a file .prel saved on my computer and create with adode premiere elements 15, the software can't open it. I have a message: "this type of file is ont supported or the required codec is not installed". What can I do?

You are trying to open your project file by selecting Add Media.

To open a project file, go to File/Open.
