After a month of no use, my AP Elements 12 says it "can't be found" after clicking on it.

I clicked on the App on my desktop and was given this message. Tried doing a "compatability run" but to no avial. Bought this is 2015, and last worked on it in April 2020. Called customer support, they sent me here.  HELP!
