After download installation failed

Hello,

I really hope you can help me.

I klicked on the link für downloading Photoshot Elements 13 which I got from my school. The download worked. Now I klicked on "implement" ( I don not know if it is the english word for "ausführen"). But really...there is nothing happening. No window opens....

This problem has never occored to me before.

Could you please help me?

    Version 13 is two years old, so it is no longer available for purchase from Adobe.

    I'd recommend you contact the vendor you are buying and downloading this file from and ask them for technical assistance.
