After downloading a purchased a Premiere Elements 2022, I cant find where to place the serial number

I purchased Premiere Elements 2022 and installed it, however i could not find where to put in the serial number, so I cant use it. What did I do wrong ???

Are you not being prompted for the serial number when you first launch the video editor?

 

What happens if you go to Premiere Elements' Help menu and select Sign In?
