After installing windows 10, my Adobe Premiere Elements 9 won't work it says incompatible driver, can someone help me resolve this issue ASAP please?

I installed the windows 10 upgrade on my hp envy 14 beats edition notebook some time ago around the time the update came out, but recently whenever I try to open up my adobe premiere elements 9 I get an error message that reads:

We have detected an incompatible display driver

to get a better and faster playback performance

please update my display driver

Display driver details:

Intel - Intel (R) HD Graphics 3000 3.0.0 - Build 9.17.10.4459

And then I am unable to view any video footage in premiere at all and thus am unable to work on any videos. This is a real hindrance for me as I am an avid and regular user of adobe premier elements because its very useful and I make music videos with it. But since upgrading to windows 10 every time I try to work on music video projects I get that error message and it wont work anymore.

I have spoken to HP and windows both on their help forums and they seem to think I need to speak with you guys and they said:

Your HP ENVY 14 Beats edition uses AMD Radeon 6600m and 6700m which is not capable of providing the complete Windows 10 experience. We suggest you contact your device manufacturer because they are the one who created and know the components and capabilities of the device to the corresponding operating system.

Older Radeon cards are not supported on Windows 10. If Windows 10 detects that your device display driver is not compatible, it will install the Microsoft Basic Display Driver for the device. We suggest contacting your device manufacturer for updated display driver.

I am aware that adobe premiere version 9 was released about the same time that Windows 7 was released -- long before Windows 8 and Windows 10. So perhaps I need to revert my system back to windows 7? Because I never had any issues with adobe back before I updated to windows 10.

I have downloaded the latest Radeon Software and AMD Catalyst for my system using this link:

http://support.amd.com/it-it/download/desktop/legacy?product=legacy3&os=Windows%2010%20-%2064

After installing the catalyst suite and radeon software adobe temporarily worked for a good few hours but then after restarting my system it comes up with the same driver error message again and adobe wont work once again. I noticed that radeon is now installed in the taskbar and AMD catalyst control is in the start bar so they seem to have installed correctly.

But when I go to start -> device manager -> and look under display adapters-> It still says I have the Intel (R) HD Graphics 3000 and AMD Radeon 6600M and 6700M Series. Is this supposed to happen after installing the new AMD catalyst and radeon crimson? Do they keep the same name and should the intel still be there? So I'm really not sure if these are still supposed to be there and I'm not sure what I need to do now other than revert back to windows 7 as it seems nothing is working, can someone please offer any help or suggestions?

Or is there something else I need to download from here:
