aktivere preview

Jeg har Adobe Premiere Elements 10 og har lavet adskillige film på DVD. 

Pludselig kan jeg ikke aktivere filerne i preview og kan derfor ikke redigere. - 

Et gæt er, at filerne ikke er configurerede, hvis det er tilfældet - hvordan configurerer man? 

men hvis det er en indstilling - hvad skal jeg så gøre? 

er noget helt tredje.

As I asked and Bill said, going from working to not working on Windows is USUALLY caused by a Windows update that changes "something" in your computer... and that something is very often the need to update a video driver

 

IF your problem is caused by a video driver I've already posted the links... now you need to find out what hardware you have so you can deal with a possible driver issue

Jeg kan godt lide dine fyldestgørende og hjælpsomme svar. Din sidste mail gjorde, at jeg forstod lidt mere. Men jeg har meget svært ved at gennemskue teknik og opdateringer, men jeg vil prøve. Jeg ved ikke engang hvad hardware er og hvor man finder ud af hvilken jeg har. Men nu ved jeg det hele er et spørgsmål om opdateringer og jeg vil forsøge. Tak for din udholdenhed.

Tak for svar Peru Bob. Jeg kan godt aktivere pilen som så kører hen over billedet i preview og så kan jeg høre lyden, men billedet bevæger sig stadig ikke. Hvordan kan jeg aktivere videoen i preview?

I will repeat my questions

Mac or Windows and exactly which version of the operating system?

Have you allowed your operating system to do an update?

 

Plus... IF windows

Do not count on Windows to be fully up to date when it comes to device drivers
Go to the vendor site to be sure you have an updated driver for your graphic adapter


nVidia Driver Downloads https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
-for all Adobe programs use the STUDIO driver, not the GAMING driver
-To achieve the highest level of reliability, Studio Drivers undergo extensive
-testing against multi-app creator workflows and multiple revisions of the top
-creative applications from Adobe to Autodesk and beyond


If you have a laptop you MAY also need to check for a laptop specific nVidia driver
-SOME laptops require an approved driver from the laptop company, not nVidia

Intel https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/211969/Intel-HD-Graphics-Family


There are also intermittent reports that the newest driver is not always the best driver due to driver bugs or compatibility issues, so you MAY need to try an earlier driver version

Translation

I have Adobe Premiere Elements 10 and have made several movies on DVD. Suddenly I can't activate the files in preview and therefore can't edit. - A guess is that the files are not configured, if so - how to configure? but if it is a setting - what should I do? is something completely third. Sincerely. Bent

Version 10 is really old.  If you do much video editing, consider upgrading.  If you do little video editing, consider the choices that come with your operating system.  Premiere Elements is very good, but maybe you don't need that much.

Tak for dit svar. Du har ret, jeg bruger det ikke så meget. Jeg vil bare gerne videre og er gået helt i stå, fordi jeg ikke kan aktivere preview. Jeg kan godt se billedet i preview men ikke gøre det levende.
