an incomplete installationscreen

Question

I bought and have downloaded Photoshop Elements 2020 and Premiere Elements 2020.But I cannot install the program for I do get an incomplete installationscreen!What have I to do?

Can you please try to use the keyboard 'TAB' button located on the left side of the EN keyboard to try navigating through the Install screen. When you press 'TAB' this changes the focus of from one field to another on the install screen. When you see the continue button, Press 'ENTER', this should start the installation of the program.

Also please share information about your display settings, graphics card and screen size. So we can investigate the issue and try to resolve it.

Hope the above workaround helps. Please let us know in case if it doesnot, we can then try the silent installation of the program.
