Animated sky guided edit turns my foreground picture gray scale

In Premiere Elements 2023.

Using the process shown in the animated sky guided edit,  when I apply the Ultra Filter, and select the key color my foreground picture is turned gray scale.  I want it to be color.

I've played with the sliders to no avail.

 

I clicked on the ultra key help button to see if I can learn anything and I am sent to the start of the help pages.

Can any body make it a color picture?

Update 2.  I chatted with a Adobe support representitive.  He was very helpful In the end we discovered that if we turned off  "General/ Use GPU accelerated effects" setting, it started to work.  He suggested I update the video card (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti) drivers.  I did and it still does not work.   Premiere Elements 2023 tells me it should work.

I consider the problem in work around.

 

With the loss of all the New Blue transitions and effects and this problem I'm beginning to regrett my upgrade to 2023

I have a update.  The process I used to do the Animated Sky works in Premiere Element 2022.

Has anybody make it work in 2023?
