Another Year - Another Let down

Wow, what another disappointment in the 2022 Premiere Elements.

Not one reason to update this year.

Wow 2-3 new features - Adobe should be embarrassed.

Again Premiere Elements falls behind to Power Director and Videostudio.

Have they given up on it?

Too bad because I REALLY LOVE the program.

Please change my mind on why would I want to go from 2021 to 2022?

Thanks

I’m very happy about new features of AD2022 because it means that I can save this year on the upgrade and spend my money elsewhere.

It is sad that Adobe hasn’t fixed many small, but annoying issues which are still present in AP2021

  • Extending the background is cool... I hate doing fake workarounds.
  • Warping photos is neat!
  • Moving overlays is totally my thing!

Anyway.. peace, man.

These are features of Photoshop Elements, P. Not Premiere Elements.

Yikes.  Sorry, Steve.

If you put your work on social media, you should be able to use the new aspect ratio management and reframing tools.   If you shoot in HD with a camcorder or DSLR for TV viewing maybe not.  If you like to attach videos to email, the new compression tool should make that easier.

What was on your wish list for the new release?

Nope. The only reason to upgrade is if there's a reason to upgrade.

Thanks Steve

I ALWAYS hope there is a reason to throw more money to Adobe, but the 2022 update was very uninspired.

At least the 2021 version added the Reduce Noise Effect and that alone was enough for me to spend money to

get the 2021 version. But this year....

How about WHITE BALANCE - why is there no White balance?

Also GeFore 1080 support would be nice.
