APE2025 - Bug - Effects->Image control->Contrast

I think there is a bug in APE2025 

Effects->Image control->Contrast

It doesn't work the way it should. It more looks like a change of bightness or exposure, but definitelly not a contrast. Example: https://youtu.be/zV9fL2x7VIA

The Contrast setting in Adjustments tab works well but I need the other option to work as well.

What is the best way to report such isses to Adobe?
