Apple M1 support for Premiere Elements 2022

Hi

I think Adobe is working to make its apps native for Apple M1 processors.

I recently purchased Adobe Premiere Elements 2022 and I am interested to know if native support will be available for this product as well or maybe it will be only on future releases (i.e., 2023 version).

I am asking because I got just a license for 2022 version and won't be able to upgrade to a new one without paying again (I do believe).

Thanks

Thanks for the reply guys. I think I am only entitled to get updates of the 2022 version. I will wait some more time, like September or October. If they won't do it, I will purchase Filmora and drop Premiere Elements.
I have also to say that when I purchased it, I didn't expect to have that ugly old interface. I thought it was just a light version of Premiere. I remained pretty bad when I have seen it had a ui like in the 90s.

I doubt that Adobe will issue an update for 2022 this late in the release unless it is a security issue.

New versions have historically been released in September or October.

Based on past messages, you will get a free upgrade IF the new version comes out in no more than 30 days (I don't work for Adobe, and I could be wrong) otherwise you will need to buy the 2023 version when it is released

As we always say on this forum, those that know can't say and those that can say don't know.

Adobe never releases information on upcoming versions. They usually don't even acknowledge that there will be an upcoming version. It's just the nature of the software industry.
