Audio and video not synchron in Adobe premiere elements 2020

Hello,

I'am Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 and Audio and Video are not synchron. When I place the same filmpart in Adobe Premiere Elements 15, I do not have the problem. I have a LG 4k screen, NVIDIA Geforce GTX 960.

Can someone please how I can fix this problem?

Open the video you are trying to edit in the free download MediaInfo. In MediaInfo, set View to Text and then copy the text of this report and paste it to this forum.

Once we see the specifications of your video we'll better be able to advise you.

Also, we're assuming you're in Windows 10 unless you say otherwise.

Hier gooit het programma na het opslaan de audiosporen door elkaar.

Ligt dit aan Adobe |Premiere of zou het ook aan mijn com puter kunnen liggen?
