Audio and video out of sync after importing

I have Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 Version 18.0 (20200130.daily.2070236

When I play a video in VLC, the video end sound are in sync.

When I import this video in Video editor of APE 2020, the video and sounds go out of sync.

I have asked 2 other people with APE 2020 and they have the same problem.

Is there a solution WITHIN Adobe?
