Audio not exporting with video

Question

I have Premiere Elements 13 and as of recently i have been unable to export the audio with the video.  In the the timeline, the audio plays fine but isn't audible on the exported computer file.  This only recently started happening.  I've tried numerous presets and it shows as exporting the proper audio channel.  I've tried playback with Windows Media player and VLC but still no luck.  I'm at a loss, any ideas?

What model of camcorder is your original video from?

What are your Project Settings (listed under Project Settings, under the Edit menu)?

Which Publish & Share settings did you use to output your video?

Do you have Quicktime 7 installed, per the program's system requirements?

QuickTime 7.6 for Windows
