Audio not importing with the video

In my newly purchased Adobe Premier Elements 2025, the audio is not importing with the video. Am I missing something here? Could someone help me with this plz?

Might be an unsupported codec involved.

Post screenshot of clip in MediaInfo in TREEVIEW here on the forum.

The computer is windows. The video format is on CyberLink Power DVD.

Here's the thing, I have been using Premier Elements since 2010, with a new upgrade every couple years. This is the format I have always used. I recently bought a new computer, and went to Amazon Software to install my Premier Elements peviously purchased 2023 version, but it expired, so I just now purchased 2025. And here I am, confused with this issue.

So if the format is not supported, which format would you recommend.

Please post the screenshot so we know which format it is.

Which windows version are you using, number and build please. Is this an upgrade or fresh install
