Audio or Videos playing to fast in timeline

My 2021 priemere element was working fine but now here's what I'm experiences.

When I play my Audio or Videos in the preview, rendering was done correctly, it is played too fast.

When I export it plays fine. This was working at first I'm not sure what change. 

Does anybody have a solution for this Problem?
