Audio Synchronization/Feature Request
Problem: I want to synchronize an audio track with a video track, but the smallest increment you can move the audio track is one frame.
I'm new to Premiere Elements, so please correct me if I'm wrong. I need to line up the waveforms on two audio tracks, but moving the track one frame at a time is not accurate enough. There doesn't seem to be any way to move the audio less than a frame. I know I can export the audio and synchronize it using third party software, but why should I have to? Why can't I move an audio track 15 or 20 milliseconds vs. one frame?
It makes sense that a video track can only move one frame at a time, but audio sample rate is obviously significantly higher than video, and I'd like to be able move it at a higher resolution. Is there something I'm missing here, or is this limitation intentional? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
