Auto Scene Detection. Does it exist in elements 15?

I have Premier elements 13 and I am considering upgrading to 15.  In Premier elements 12 there was a feature Auto Scene Detection.  I didn't find it in 13 and I am wondering if it is in 15.  So far I have not found it.

Adobe has announced on June 16, 2020 a Scene Edit Detection function coming to Premiere Pro soon: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4kbkRHVZfgA

I downloaded Premier Elements 15 and I have not found that functionality.  I am wondering if I missed it or if it is not there.

There is an auto scene detector. But, just to be sure, what is it you're trying to auto scene detect and where is the video?

Just want to make sure we're talking about the same tool.

BTW, have you downloaded the free trial of Premiere Elements 15 and given it a test drive? That's the best way to find out if it will meet your needs.
